Learning the Traditions: Pasta

Second in a series of workshops designed to allow for our older members to pass on details of some of the fine traditions that make Italian heritage so rich.  This workshop will focus on making pasta.

Joe Grande will be showing us the tricks and the "how to" of making traditional Italian pasta from scratch. Let's keep the tradition going; we hope to see the room full with our younger members learning pasta-making.

We will start the evening at 6:30 with some antipasto, then a 30 minute business meeting (focused on the Gala) before we start the main event: how to make pasta!

This is a members-only event.  Members may bring a guest only if they qualify as a SOI member and are interested in joining.

When:  Wednesday February 12
Time:    6:30 p.m.
Where: Mona Lisa Restorante, 1697 Corydon Ave (map)
Fee:      $25 per person (members or guests)
