Behind the Scenes

Feeding 800 people and preparing 400 children gift bags and over 300 adult food hampers is no small feat.  Here are a few behind the scenes images from the night before where volunteers prepare the 400 gift bags and add the non-food items to the food hampers and set up the tables and chairs.

At 6:00 am on Christmas Eve, we were live on CTV Morning Live.  A huge thanks to the fantastic espresso at X-Cues, we even looked awake on TV! Then with final set-up, we were ready to host the start of our 800 guests at 11:30.
