SOI Meeting and Pre-Gala Wine Tasting

Participate in our regularly scheduled March meeting, and help the Gala committee select the wines for this year’s gala!

There will be a blind tasting of 4 wines with dinner and an educational seminar to follow.  A contest will also take place for the most accurate estimate of bottle price and grape variety.

6:00 - 6:30  SOI business meeting, including Gala report
6:35 - 8:00  Dinner & Blind Tasting
8:15 - 8:30  Announce winner of blind tasting

Dinner will include: Calabrese sausages, potatoes and peppers, penne reigate pasta with olive oil and garlic, salad, bread and coffee.

Setting up a tasting is a considerable amount of work, as such, we are looking for a good turnout and we need you to register by Monday March 6th at 7pm.  The business meeting will be very short so come out and enjoy the wine, food, camaraderie and networking!
