Iron Chef: Pasta!

This evening will feature live entertainment: an Iron Chef pasta competition where two teams of two will make their own pasta dish in 30 minutes. Attendees will sample the pasta from each as part of their dinner then pick the winner! In addition, antipasto and wine will be included.

Members are encouraged to bring a prospective member to this event where guests will have an opportunity to meet our members and learn about SOI, who we are and what we do. Everyone is encouraged to mingle and network but with a special focus on talking to the member prospects.

This meeting will be light-business - the focus will be on the membership prospects.
A prospective member must be a male of Italian descent, or married to someone of Italian descent and has never been a member or has not been a member in the past two years.

When: Wednesday February 7th, 6:00 pm
Where: Piazza De Nardi, 1365 Taylor Ave (map), with plenty of free parking.
Cost: First-time prospective members are free, members $25
